I am trying to: add the existing site key

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to: Be able to add the existing site key so that it's updated regularly

Instead, I got: Empty page

Please enable WP Debug and revisit that page.
There should be a PHP error somewhere displayed that will tell where to problem sources from.

Then, pass that error to me so I can advise what to do next (likely, disable other software and try again)

Enabled WP_DEBUG on the wp-config.php file but I haven't seen any kind of error anywhere? Here's a screenshot of the code I activated in case I got something wrong. I also instead Debug Bar plugin but I can't see any error warnings either(?) but I've also attached it in case it might help, along with the console messages upon inspection of the hidden link page.

I need to check on your install what's going wrong there.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - Yes, I see the same blank page as you see while try to click on the link "Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key".

Actually, I need FTP/SFTP access details so that I can activate the debug and check if there is any errors.

In addition to this, is this your live site? I need to check basic investigation about plugin/theme conflict or you can check:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Do you see any difference?

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi, the activating and de-activating of plugins worked and the bug was because of the Effect IO dashboard plugin, thanks for the help!
