I faced with an issue on my site when a user published custom post, but later its status was changed to draft. Could you please advise why it may happen?

Do you know at what course of action this happens? What are the steps in order to reproduce the issue?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
