[Resolved] Professional support page shows two "My opened support tickets"

This support ticket is created 6 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

On the "Professional Support" page:

When logged in I see two "My opened support tickets:" the top area are ones I have opened and the second area are unknown to me.

Perhaps this is a bug with the wp-types website? Or if the second set are "stickies" then the heading should be changed from "My opened support tickets:" to "Important support issues" - or perhaps just removed?

Hi, thanks for the bug report. I see what you mean, two tickets always show up here even though the current User did not create them. I will pass this information along to our systems team so they can correct the language or fix the behavior here.
