Product Long Description not showing up on Template

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: The Product Long Description is not showing up as an option in the Toolset template. I dont know what is causing it to act like this. Sometimes the issue is fixed but it started again.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: This is a WP admin view. See attached screenshot

I expected to see: The Product long description should be where the red square is.

Instead, I got: see attached.

Hi Gina,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and check again to see what happens ?

It could be caused by a plugin conflict.

Once you have done this please let me know the results, if the field start showing again.

Also was this a custom field created in our Types plugin ? Given that this is backend then something must be hiding the field.

The product long description isn't a standard WC product field, where does it come from?

Is it a custom field you created with Types?

If so do you have any restrictions on the visibility of the field group it belongs to? Either in the field group settings (e.g. only show the field group on products posts which have a certain category, or which use a particular template), or restrictions based upon role set by Access?
