I am trying to: create a 4 column product archive on the shop page. when I am logged in, it displays just fine, but when I am logged out the page reverts to a single column display (see screenshots)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: millstreetshop.com/shop

I expected to see: 4 columns for desktop. I attached a screenshot

Instead, I got: A single column

Please assist, or advise me if I have made a rookie error somewhere (I am new to Toolset)

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

This issue seems to be a caching issue. Would you mind temporarily disabling the Redis Object Cache plugin and then testing this again.

If the issue still remains then I would recommend temporarily disabling all your non-toolset plugins and check again.

Please let me know the result of these tests.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane! Thanks for the fast reply.

I disabled the Redis Object Cache plugin and then cleared the cache with WP Rocket. But the issue persisted.

I also tried disabling all the other plugins except Toolset plugins and the SMTP plugin that I used, but the issue persisted.

I am also having an issue with other Gutenberg blocks (Essential Blocks for Gutenberg). Not sure if this info is helpful, but it seems that there is something on my website that is causing these problems.

Hi Sunil,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
