Hello, I've been having a problem with the Toolset Grid for a few days. I created it in two columns for the desktop version and one column for the mobile version. However, it is displayed stacked (single column) in both versions. The Reverse Columns function also no longer works.
This problem can be seen on my homepage in the first block.
Thank you!
Hi there,
It seems that you are using Toolset Views version 3.6.11 which is an older version.
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update Toolset and its addons there.
See if it fixes the issue that you are facing.
Thanks.
Hello,
I have updated Toolset. Unfortunately without success. The contents of the right column of the grid are always displayed stacked in the desktop view. Reverse Columns doesn't work for both versions (views).
Thank you!
Kind regards
Hi there,
Thank you for the information.
I would appreciate it if you could check the issue is happening on a minimal installation or not:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
If the issue persists, please check if changing the Bootstrap version has anything to do with the issue?
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings > Bootstrap loading and see if the other options from what you have chosen fixes the issue.
If the issue still persists, I'd appreciate it if you could create a copy of the website and get back to us with the login information by setting the next reply as private.
That way we can troubleshoot without the fear of changing a live website.
Also please tell us which page to check for the GRID that you used.
Thanks,.
Hello,
thank you very much for these useful tips. I checked everything and found that this problem occurs when the “PopUp Maker” plugin is active.
What can you do?
Kind regards
Hi there,
It seems that there is a conflict with that plugin.
Please contact their support and ask for guidance.
From our side I can report this and see if there is something can be done from our side or not.
To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress and Toolset.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install pop up maker
- Create a page with Grid which will have the issue when pop up maker is enabled and work ok when it is deactivated.
Thanks.
