Hi,

I am trying to use [wpv-items-count]

I expected to see: the count post on page

Instead, I got all posts

The ShortCode works fine locally, however, it might be due to a setting I miss or some plugin/theme interfering.

It may be a conflict with the Theme you use, or any of the non-Toolset plugins installed.

I would suggest trying to replicate the issue with just the Toolset Plugins and for example Theme Twenty Seventeen.
I would do this on a Staging Site, so the Production Site is not affected by any changes.
(Or ensure having a valid backup of the Production Site before proceeding with the tests)

If without other Plugins and a native WordPress theme this works, it means that either/or/and a Plugin/Theme causes a Conflict with Toolset.

==> To find the culprit plugin please re-enable each Plugin one by one until the issue is replicable again.
==> Remember it may be caused by the Theme as well

If you can locate the Plugin (or Theme) which conflicts, report the Plugin’s name and Author, including a Download Link to us in this thread.

If the issue still persists after above null-conflict tests, it should be a BUG within Toolset, which eventually requires particular steps to be replicated.

Could you, in that case, add the precise steps to achieve the issue, so we can replicate this and solve it?

It may help to add step by step descriptions of what you do, or screenshots, or a copy of your site with an instruction as of where and how to see the issue.

We as well will help if the issue is not within the Toolset Plugin, by contacting (trying to) the author and collaborate on a fix, if any 3rd party is the culprit of the issue.
Or, of course, we will fix the issue in Toolset if we manage to replicate it.
