Hi,
I want use in Views Editor-HTML ↗ this mean ↗ hidden link
But is convert to hidden link blue arrow, in source code i have this: hidden link
How fix it?
best regards
Hi there,
The conversion of the
to
in the browser console is normal. One is the character representation and the other one is Unicode.
The change between the normal arrow to the blue one might be something that your theme does you can test that:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- See if the issue is fixed.
Thanks.
Dear Christopher,
Problem not fixed.
Can`t display this sign ↗ 🙁
best regards
Hi there,
You did not mention if you checked the steps I mentioned?
I'd be happy to check but you need to give me a staging version of the website and not the live website login.
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your STAGING WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Make sure you set the next reply as private.
We will deactivate PLugins and themes to see if there is an error there.
Please do not share live version of the website
Thank you.
Hi there,
I created a test View and also test page.
I found out that even if I do not use the Views editor and if I use custom HTML or the Paragraph blocks that are not part of Toolset the same blue icon shows.
I deactivated Toolset Blocks and Toolset Types and the same blue icon shows.
That shows the issue is not related to Toolset as it is still there after deactivating Toolset. Deactivating Toolset frin WP Dashboard > Plugins means that the Toolset code does not run on your website and the issue is still there.
So you need to search for a plugin or theme that causes the issue.
Please deactivate other plugins to see which one is causing the issue.
Thanks.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
