[Resolved] Problem with update

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have registered the paid version of the plugin.
I updated the version from 2.2.3 to 3.3.11 and I have bugs

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It seems like the update did not finish correctly and Types is missing some files. Please try to install the plugin manually and check again:
1. Deactivate then remove Toolset Types plugin. This will not lose your data as it is stored in the database instead of the files.
2. Download the latest version from your account page https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3. Install the plugin manually in Plugins->Add New.

You won't need to register the plugin again, it is already registered and the key is stored in the database.

Check then if this fixes the issue. If it does not, I might need to take a copy of your website for further debugging.
