Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a problem with the mails that arrive to our customers does not show the title of the course required.
The link in which I have to make the changes, where the parameters seem correct to me is: hidden link, while the shortcode that shows the title of the course recalling the id reported by the shortcode article-name that does not work is [wpv-post-title id = "[types field = 'article-name'] [/ types]"], could you help me to solve this problem?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

no

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I inserted everything in the description

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I see you shred the link but to view the form I need access details.

In addition to that - can you please share what information is not displayed in the email as well as share the problem URL where you added the form.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
