Tell us what you are trying to do?
I tried to update the two plugins "Toolset Forms" & "Toolset Types" on my website.
I always get an error message even when I try to install the plugin updates manually.

Error-Message Toolset Forms:
Installing plugin from uploaded file: cred-frontend-editor.2.6.1.zip
Unpacking the package…
Could not copy file. cred-frontend-editor/loader.php

Error-Message Toolset Types
Installing plugin from uploaded file: types.3.4.1.zip
Unpacking the package…
Could not copy file. types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/toolset-blocks/blocks/custom-html/custom-html.php

Another problem is that the conditional output in the forms no longer works since yesterday (everything worked before).
e.g. [cred_show_group if="( $(eintrag-auswahl) ne '' )" mode="fade-slide"] ...Text... [/cred_show_group]
I think that this might be related to the update of the Toolset Form plugin. But I'm not sure.

Hope you can help me with my issue. That would be great.

Thanks a lot!
Jenny

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see in the forum no other user reported such issue that they could not able to update the plugins or even they have issue with manually updating the plugin.

So lets try to find out why you are not able to update the plugins on your install.

Can you please send me access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
