[Resolved] problem with ID get doubled in entry form

Instead, I got: hello, I just want to report the problem I had with my entry forms using CRED 1.9.6.1. since I did not updated new version yet. Some of the forms, mostly send by the same artist, get double ID for entry form, so only one get visible, the other one disappeared. We are using your forms for several years and this is first time that it happened, probably with the last update. I hope you know for this problem and it will get resolved in the future since next year we have new entry submissions and this is very important for us that entry forms work properly. Please let me know if you know for this problem and would it be resolved with future updates. Thank you, best regards.

I am not entirely sure what you refer to.

Please explain the issue, and how it happens.

There have been a few reports about failures in the form submission in that outdated Toolset Forms version, for example with Relevannsi and/or YOAST, but also by clicking several times on the submit button.

However, Toolset CRED 1.9.6.1 won't receive anymore attention, I suggest to update, test and report issue for Toolset Forms 2.0 as that is the only that will be continued to develop.

I am not sure wether the issue you report will be solved in 2.0, as I am. not entirely sure about the issue's nature.
Eventually you can provide more details about what happens, how, when and where?

Hi Beda, thank you for your answer. I though that my problem was clear, but since you did not understand it, I will explain it step by step.
On the photo I previously send (dupli ID) you can see that some women called vanja from bonobostudio (vanja@bonobostudio.hr) submitted 5 films to our festival (Astronaut od perolaka, Skoro nista, Trip, Samo plivanje i Dva na dva) but they all get the SAME ID NUMBER 53252 (see photo dupli ID) so what happened is that only film Dva na dva was visible in our wordpress editor and the other 4 were disappeared (see attached photo wp editor).
So, 5 films submitted, only one arrived and visible for selection, the other 4 do not exist, it seems like they are overwritten by the last one submitted.
And this happened to many more authors who submitted two or more films, the last film submitted overwrite the first one and they get the same ID number and we can see only one submission. That is catastrophe for us.

I hope this is now clear to you what happened? And since our submission are finished until next year, we want know if the problem is solved with new version or not. For me is just important you guys get attention of this problem and solve it in coming versions of CRED (if not solved already).

This is unexpected.

Do you alter the Post when you submit the form with some custom code?
Could you share it with me?
This is the only I can think of that interrupts the native WordPress mechanism that actually creates an auto incrementing ID value.

This is not generated by Toolset, it's a native WordPress feature, that almost cannot get broken.

Could you submit me more details on how you setup that form and what happens with it during it's lifecycle?
A copy of that site would help as well to try to see if I can replicate this.
