I am trying to:
display a map using views

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
A map

Instead, I got:
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in [...]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/toolset-maps/includes/toolset-views-maps-distance-filter.php on line 695

I installed the site locally and did some further debugging, and the issue persisted even when I had updated WordPress and manually re-installed the key Toolset plugins (disabling the rest).

I tried to create a new View to test in place of your existing View but was unable to save the new View.

I've passed a copy of your site and my findings on to my colleagues in second tier who will be able to investigate further, and I will let you know what they find.
