[Resolved] Problem with Astra Site Builder after updating plugins Toolset Blocks and Toolse

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am using the Astra Theme vers. 4.6.8 with the Astra Pro plugin vers. 4.6.4 together with Toolset. With the Astra Site Builder I created a layout for a hook based on a Toolset view and placed it to the top of the content of the start page, see the slider below the header on the attached image "before updating".
When I update the plugins Toolset Blocks from vers. 1.6.11 to vers. 1.6.14 or Toolset Forms from vers. 2.6.19 to vers. 2.6.20 only the bottom of the slider is visible, see attached image "after updating".

When I reload the former plugin versions everything looks fine again.

For the time being I refrain from updating but what could I do in the long run?

N.B.: The attached Toolset debug info describe the status with Toolset Blocks updated to vers. 1.6.14.

Can you please tell me where exactly you added the view and how and send me admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

The site you shared is live/production site and we do not recommond to debug on live/production site.

Can you please send me duplicator copy of your site and I will try to investigate further.

Hi Minesh,

I build the Archive and the Installer for our website. You can get them via the ftp access given to you already. Also the admin access details remain unchanged.

I tried to download using FTP but its really slow.

When I try to login using wp-admin access details you shared for user Toolset I cant access wp-admin now.

Can you please grant wp-admin access details so I can able to download the package from admin.

Hi Minesh,
I have reactivated the admin account on the production site. Credential are unchanged. Please note the special login page.
Be aware that the size of the package is bigger than 10 GB.

Wow - 10GB package is too much.

If I shared a sandbox site - is it possible for you to setup a test and I will investigate further? Will that fine with you?

Ok - Ticket will be open for a week and then it will automatically closed. If you not able to reply within a week then you should create a new ticket and give the reference of this ticket.
