problem with archive post

This support ticket is created 6 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, I'll be glad to take a look. Can you try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, and deactivate all plugins except Types and Views. Reload the taxonomy archive
- If the problem was resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins, one by one, until the problem reappears.
- If the problem was not resolved, check to see if any posts are published with this term, and if not, add the term to an existing post. Resave your site permalinks, and test again.
- If the problem was still not resolved, please copy all the code from your WordPress Archive Loop Output editor and paste it here for me to review.
