Hello, there is a problem when the plugin Affiliate-Toolkit.com is installed. Then the creation of the contribution forms does not work.

I have also informed the developer of Affiliate-Toolkit.

Could I invite you to set up a demonstration of the problem on this sandbox site so that we can investigate?

It has Toolset plugins installed already, but you will need to add the 3rd party plugin and set it up as required.

We should then be able to see the problem when adding a new form? (When using the wizard? Or, also, if you disable the wizard?)

Hello, thank you for your message.
I have installed the plugin. The basic version can also be found in the wordpress directory.
If you now want to create a new form, you will see that you can not click further.
If the affiliate toolkit is deactivated, it works. Also in the front the then created form seems to work. Only in the backend it does not.
