Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. We can't go into details on what code change was made for that theme that causes the problem, as it is not related to Toolset and outside of our support scope.

But I can check if there is a setting-related difference, if so, I can help.

Please give me more detailed information on what happens, and link to a working and not working view.

Thanks.

Hi!

I need to upgrade the Dynamik Gen Theme (by Cobalt) (from 2.2.1 to 2.6.9.95) because I have to upgrade the PHP version, and if I don't upgrade theme and upgrade PHP, I get a "critical error on the website".

The problem arises when I update the DynamiK version before changing the PHP version. It affects the views done with the Toolset Views plugin, and nothing displays correctly.

Following Cobalt Support suggestion, I removed all the custom functions, js, etc, and although the CSS is lost, the problem with the views persists.

I'm including the link and login details to the test website so you can see what's happening. Both sites are not visually the same, but you'll can see the problem. Some plugins are outdated, but even with everything updated, the problem remains.

You can see that instead of the posts appearing from the last to the first, with their image and "read more" link, the posts appear from the first (old) to the last, and the post is displayed in full, one after another.

This happens across the entire website in one way or another.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Would you please check this video?

If you decide to use Toolset blocks, here is how to do so:

Hi!

Thank you so much for your help and the video. If I understand correctly (since my listening skills aren't very good, especially with this technical language), you're suggesting I stop using Toolset Views and start using Toolset Blocks instead. Since I don't feel capable of doing this myself, I've hired someone to handle it. Therefore, I might need to contact you again if this person needs assistance. For this reason, please don't close this support thread. Thanks again.
