Post form I use for submissions on my festival suppose to send email notification to email field included in the form and to a specific email , but does not do that any more. First two submissions did send, after that nothing any more, just stopped, I do not know the reason. After I contact you and install plugin you told me, temporarily was working good, now is the same problem back. Please help me solve this problem, it is important that submitters receive information what they submitted, and for me is also important to know who and when.
Looking forward to your answer.
Ivana
Hi, here debug info.
I could see email in email log of the plugin (see photo, mail to sahand.sarhadi@yahoo.com, but he did not receive it, not me also on my entry@videomedeja.org mail).
Can you please share problem URL where you added the form and send me admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
And as soon as I submit the form I get the email in my inbox, please check the following screenshot:

When you see the email log that does means that email is fired but if it does not reach to your inbox that means server was not able to send the email but email does already sent. Please check with your hosting authority or try to use any other SMTP mailer as google may have some restrictions over sending multiple emails.
Hi Minesh,
I have also received mail that you submitted the form. It is strange because some times it works and some times not. What other SMTP mailer can you recommend? Free off course. And what exactly do I have to check with my hosting authority?
Thank you.
When you check the SMTP plugin setting page:

You will see a notice:
The Gmail mailer works well for sites that send low numbers of emails. However, Gmail's API has rate limitations and a number of additional restrictions that can lead to challenges during setup.
If you expect to send a high volume of emails, or if you find that your web host is not compatible with the Gmail API restrictions, then we recommend considering a different mailer option.
There are few recommended mailer options already shown with tag "Recomonded" under Mailer section. People uses the Mailer as per their requirement. Each mailer service provider have their own plan - for example:
