Problem Elementor 2.5.9 and types 2.5.7

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Since the last update have I problems with costum fields in the backend. The screen is white with elementor.

What can I do?

I just tested the latest version myself and don't see any problems.

If you are seeing a white screen it means there should be some PHP errors.

If you haven't already, turn on the debug log by editing your wp-config.php file and change the line with WP_DEBUG like so:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

That will create a debug.log file in your /wp-content/ directory which you can examine in any text editor. Try visiting the same page and then inspect the log.

Any errors?

Next, try disabling all plugins except for Types and Elementor, and also switch theme to twentynineteen. If the problem disappears it points to a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme, which you should be able to identify by a process of elimination.

Let me know what you find.
