Hi, I am using WPML & Toolset for my site: hidden link

I have some issues to displaying Views for non-login user, as you can see when non-login user visit the site all the Views show no items found for the default language (Indonesia) hidden link, but it show when I switch to the secondary language (english) hidden link

but when I login, it show perfectly all the content in the default language and secondary language as well without any problem
I already setup the default language as well in WPML and make that if there is no translation, it will fallback to the default languange

do you know how to fix this?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the website is blocked for me and I can not check the front end.

Please make sure that you enable access to the website from Armenia.

With the information at hand I suggest that you check for steps below:

Check if you used any language related access control in Toolset Access

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-to-use-access-plugin-to-create-editors-for-specific-language/

You can turn off Toolset Access plugin to see if it works ok.

Check if you have language specific conditionals in the view

Go to the view edit sc green and see if you have any sort of conditional used there as a shortcode or block.

Possible Cache or plugin conflict

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.
