It turns out none of my pages are print friendly. How can this be solved? Should I install a thirdparty plugin, or is it something I can do with the layouts and views?

Well - there is no such feature available but I see that this feature is requested before so I will add your voice to our internal feature request. This feature is still under assessment.

Please note that there is no promise no ETA on it.
