[Resolved] Posts created with Toolset

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The problem here is that the user created a CPT in Types but his posts are now going to 404.

Solution:

Normally this is a permalink issue and what I would recommend is to reset the permalinks.

To reset your permalinks go to Settings -> Permalinks and select the default permalink settings and then hit save. Go to your CPT and check to see if it works on, If it does then you can go back to your permalink settings and set it back to the postname setting and then hit save.

Hi again,

I created several CPT and created posts with a Divi Content Template. Every was fine and suddenly the posts are not showing,, instead I see go to the "Page not found" page.

I am having another issue for which I just posted another ticket.

I am afraid all the problems started since I saw the plugin notice "You must have a valid subscription" I updated to the latest beta versions, as I was using the last production versions before.

Can you please help?

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

I checked on this as well and it seems that it was a permalinks where the permalinks needed to be reset.

This should now work.

To reset your permalinks go to Settings -> Permalinks and select the default permalink settings and then hit save. Go to your CPT and check to see if it works on, If it does then you can go back to your permalink settings and set it back to the postname setting and then hit save.

This should resolve the issue.

Thanks,
Shane
