Post Title Automatically Linked from Text across the site

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We are referring to Posts inside the description text and other text. Is there a way to automatically have a post title link to the post across the site. Example a post title is "Arbre (de vie)", where ever the text "Arbre (de vie)" is placed, it will be automatically linked to the post "Arbre (de vie)". Thanks.

There is no feature within Toolset to do this.
But I've heard there are plugins for that:

With Toolset this would only be possible with expensive Custom Code checking the content, comparing to the posts and creating or inserting on the fly links to it.
