I'm trying to create post relationships by following the tutorials.
I've spent several hours on this but my selections do not match up with the selections on the tutorials.
In the screenshot I am trying to set up my template for displaying the post relationship and for the heading it wants to display the heading of the name of the post relationship itself, instead of the current studio dynamic title of the post.
I also have many questions about the post relationship tutorials because they skip steps but then show the results of a step later in another video without actually explaining how to get there.
Is it that you're trying to display the Parent post information on the Child or is it that you're trying to display the Child information on the Parent.
Not sure. I created a many to many relationship. The first post type is instructors and 2nd is studios. Now im trying to update the studio page template to show the instrutors who teach at that studio. Ive already added the studio to the instructors profile.
I tried to look at the information, however the website is throwing a fatal error so i'm not able to access it.
Are you able to provide FTP access as well so that I can better assist? This will allow me to disable the Woocommerce Views plugin which seems to be the one causing the error.
As the host URL wasn't provided. I've enabled the private fields once more so that you can send the FTP details. Alternatively you can log into the site's FTP and remove the Woocommerce Blocks plugin.
I'm not having any luck with the FTP access as the connection is timing out.
Are you able to log onto the site's backend from your end? If so can you disable the Woocommerce Blocks plugin as this is throwing a fatal error that is not allowing me to enter the site.
Once this error is cleared up then we can investigate the issue. If you're not sure how to do this then it would be best to contact your server's support so that they can possibly disable the plugin for you.
Hi Shane,
I went ahead and uninstalled and then reinstalled WordPress so I would start from a fresh, clean slate.
I installed toolset plugins (all except the woocommerce) and Astra theme. That is all I have done so far.
Then I tried to install the reference site "gyms and trainers" and I'm still getting the same error message (see screenshot attachment).
I see the demo that you want to install. Can you reset the site completely once more and then provide me with the admin access so I can attempt to import the site for you ?
I've enabled the private fields once more. I believe this option might be easier for me to see what is causing the problem.
Your site is missing the PHP ZipArchive extension. To resolve this I would recommend getting in touch with your host and ask them to enable the ZipArchive php module.
Once you've done this please let me know so that I can continue importing the demo.
