HI,
I am trying to import posts using "WP All Import - Toolset Types Add-On BETA" but for any reason the associations Parent-Child in some cases do not happen.
I've a Post Types called Raw materials that is related to another post types called COSING Restriction (Raw materials [0 .. 1] << COSING Restrictions [*]). COSING restriction contains all Raw materials restricted by specific criteria.
COSING Restriction is so related to other post types by the following relationships:

COSING Restrictions [0 .. 1] << Cosmetics CE 1223/2009 Annex II [*]
COSING Restrictions [*] << COSING Restrictions Cosmetics CE 1223/2009 Annex III >> Cosmetics CE 1223/2009 Annex III [*]
COSING Restrictions [0 .. 1] << Cosmetics CE 1223/2009 Annex IV [*]

This is the result:

But when I try to edit the COSING restrictions type posts some raw materials are correctly related others not.

This is an example of uncorrect relationship. In this case the raw material should have been in the appropriate section Annex III.

The strange thing is that if I edit the raw material incriminated by Cosmetics CE 1223/2009 Annex III post type seems that the relationship occurred.

Manually is can create the relationships but it's very frustrating. I'm still just beginning.
Overall I would have to manage over 500,000 records in this project contained in 22 tables to be imported and related and I can not risk losing pieces during the development phases.
Would you have a solution to signal me please?
Thank you very much for your support.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I see with our Docs the information is listed that:
"Free when in beta. When the beta period has ended (Nov/Dec 2018), updates to the beta will stop and you will need to purchase the add-on for $69 to receive future updates."

=> https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/how-to-import-content-into-wordpress-using-csv/

However - I still do not know where the issue (either from Toolset or from WP All Import - Toolset Types Add-On BETA plugin) - to ensure that and what field mappings you want to do wich what fields and what post type, I need all required information to help you further.

Can you share information from where you want to import the data and to which post type and to which custom fields?
