Post relationship migration fail

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Instead, I got:

Thanks for providing the database backup. I apologize for the inconvenience here. I'm not able to see anything obviously wrong, so I have escalated this problem to my 2nd tier support team for investigation. Did you keep a backup from before the first attempted migration? If so, can you provide that backup as well?

Hi, we have determined the source of the problem and we will have a permanent fix included in the 3.0 stable release. We hope to have that available in the very near future. I will update you here when that release is ready to install.

Hi, you can now find the Types 3.0 stable release available for download or automatic update. Please update when you are ready and let me know if the issue is not fully resolved.
