[Resolved] post relation item accidentally click the trash, how to recover or add again?

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I click the trash thinking that it will remove temporarily and i have an option to add a new one.
But after i trash it, i don't have an option anymore to change. I was planning to change the Consultant as the current is not the correct one.

How can I add a new one if these happen, I'm stack with no option.

If you mean that from a post edit screen in the post relationship section you hovered over an existing post and then used the trash button, then that is actually trashing the connected post.

You can go to the list of that post type and then you should find the post in the trash available to restore.

When restored the existing connection should be recognised. You should be able to disconnect it if required.

But looking at your screenshot, am I right in thinking that the buttons to add or connect a related post are greyed-out and inactive?

Are there any errors on the page?

Either JS errors in the browser console, or PHP errors in the debug.log?

My issue is resolved now by following your advice.

Regarding about greying area. After deleting the item it greys out. No other option. No error what so ever. That's why I ask for support because I can't find any option to add or modify.
I think you need to ask the dev team to check the scenario when deleting a post, because after i click the trash,the buttons turns to greys no available option to choose.
