Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to upload an image via cred form. I am using the WordPress Media Library manager for image, video, audio, or file fields.

The form used to work perfectly but ever since we updated to the late version of WordPress 5.5.1, I am getting the following message:

"Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.".

Uploading using WordPress backend thru the Media Tab works fine. The problem occurs when using CRED form.

Please help.
