My login credentials are no longer working, can you provide an update?

I rebuilt the filter controls and query filter, and it seems to be filtering better now but I don't know enough about the site content to be sure. Can you check?

That seems to have done the trick, thank you!
When you say you rebuilt the filter controls and query filter, what did that involve? (I will replicate this for the live site)

I edited the View, opened the Query Filter panel, and deleted the relationship filter. Then in the Search and Pagination panel, I deleted the wpv-control-post-relationship filter that already existed. Then I created that relationship filter again by clicking "New filter" and selecting the top relationship item. Then I clicked "Add ancestor" and added the SubCategory ancestor.

I can't see the Query Filter panel for the NL Search Desktop view... I can see where it is in the one you edited, but not the one used on the main site. Am I missing something?

I scrolled up and changed this via Screen Options so it is visible. Attempting your solution now..

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
