Post Groups post/pages dropdown selector not working

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:Limit access to various pages and archives for "Members Only"

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:Back end in the Access control management, when I add a Post Group the dropdown selector is disabled

I expected to see: Dropdown of pages, posts, etc

Instead, I got: Nothing

I do not have Revolution Slider installed as that caused this problem before. I am up to date on all Toolset plugins as well as theme, WP, etc.

Hi Morgan,

I tried to log in to check the issue but it seems that the credentials don't work.

However could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

I have already disabled all non-toolset plugins, one by one, expecting that to cure the issue, but it did not.

I think I reversed the login credentials. Use the ftp for WP and the WP for ftp. Sorry about that! Let me know if that works.

Hi Morgan,

I did a disabling of the plugins on my End and found that the plugin that was causing the issue is the Post Snippet plugin.

Please disable this and let me know if you're able to edit the post group.
