post form, user forms menu not available under toolset admin menu.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am unable to add or edit Forms because I cannot find any Forms-related menu items in wp-admin in the main Toolset menu.

Solution: Install (or reinstall) and activate the latest version of Toolset Forms in your site to use Forms features.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello, the Toolset Forms plugin is required to see the Post Form, User Form, and Relationship Form menu items. Can you tell me if the Toolset Forms plugin is installed and active on your site? Your debug information does not seem to include the Forms plugin details, which indicates the plugin is not installed, or there is a problem in the installation. If the plugin is installed and active, there may have been a problem during the installation process. I suggest you deactivate and delete the Toolset Forms plugin, then install it and reactivate it once again.

If you continue to have trouble using the automatic plugin installer, you can download a fresh copy of Toolset Forms from your downloads area here at https://toolset.com/account/downloads

Then you can add the Forms plugin manually in wp-admin > Plugins > Add new.

Please install the latest version of Toolset Forms and let me know if the problem is not resolved.
