I am trying to trace the delivery of post form email notification mails. I have multiple recipients listed to receive the notification on form submission, but the mails do not appear to arrive at one particular address (they do arrive at the others). Is there a way to tell if notification mails are bouncing at a particular destination email address?

Hi Steve,

Given that the problem only occurs with one particular email then it could be a case with the email address itself.

Unfortunately there isn't a way for us to tell if the email was delivered or not. With wordpress you can only track errors before or during the sending of the email.

If the email log returns a successful message and the user doesn't receive it then there isn't a way for us to track this. Additionally you may need to check your spam inbox.

Thanks,
Shane
