Because I suspect a compatibility issue that is causing a conflict of styles or Javascript errors. Can you check the browser console for any Javascript errors?
Can you also deactivate the plugins and at the network level and activate them on the subsites(per site)? This way, I can enable/disable the plugins during my debugging.
I believe that issues are server-related rather than from WordPress/Toolset. In fact, all pages load in more than 1min.
I was able to create a new form on the first try. However, when I try to edit a form, I get errors on the browser console. Some scripts are not loaded, even though I can access those scripts directly. hidden link
When I reload the edit form screen again, the form opens correctly, and the browser console errors do not happen again. Check these screenshots:

Please try from your side, if it does not work, reload the page again and check if it will work.
Can you reach your hosting provider and ask if two Javascript files can be loaded at the same time, or if the server is configured to handle only one request per user at a time(which makes the loading too slow, because the server will serve a JS or CSS file at a time).
In most cases, the site is not too slow. Is it because I'm overseas?

For your information, I had a problem with Gutenberg editor last time. I inquired here, but there was no proper answer, so I gave up the subdirectory where the error occurred and created a new one.
And the problem does not occur across multisite, but only in yaksa.site/mchuhol, one of the multisite.
If it's a hosting company problem, isn't it happening across the multisite?
