I am trying to:
Create a notification email from my CRED form that displays the user's photo that they uploaded in the form.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: N/A
I expected to see: User's photo (e.g., profile photo)
Instead, I got: Nothing

Shane -

After taking a break last night, I came back and was able to get this working quite easily.
I did notice that it would not work on my staging site for some reason but, it does work now on my live site.

So, now I am perplexed why you say it cannot work?

Curious,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

You can add the HTML to the email but I know that some email clients will strip the html from the email, but you can put the html code into the editor for the email.

Thanks,
Shane

Wow. After 2.5+ years of great support here, the last 3 recent forum moderators that engaged in my posted issues were definitely sub-par. In my most recent (email from WP site) question, Shane told me what I was asking for wasn't possible. Overnight, I figured it out by myself and it works fine. After I told him I was able to get it working, he suggested that some email clients strip html from the message. That had nothing to do with my issue. And furthermore, all major email clients have supported html for years.
