i have a content template here: hidden link

it is used on this post: hidden link

you can see the images on the left. one of them loads, and one does not. that is because in the first image, toolset puts two "." before the file type. right here in the html: hidden link

you'll need to log in, TO DO SO CLICK HERE: hidden link

Hi Branden,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I took a look at the link you shared but I wasn't able to see the issue at all.

All the images are loading fine for me.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Branden,

Have a look at my screenshot.

Searching for ..jpg yielded no results.

Have you tried clearing your cache or running the site through a different browser?

Thanks,
Shane

i have tried incognito on chrome, and private mode on firefox, and on edge with the same issue, as well as on a separate mobile device.

what browser are you using? can you check again? im pretty positive its not a device cache problem.

Hi Branden

Shane is off for a couple of days.

I just checked this, visiting the post you shared, and I didn't see any broken images.

I searched the page source for "..jpg" and came up with no results and also used the browser dev tools to search for it in the DOM (for any images added via ajax updates that are not included in the page source) and also came up with no results.

That was logged out.

I then logged in and revisited the same post, and this time it failed with a fatal PHP error.

But that's not what you are reporting, and maybe you made some changes since reporting the original issue?

Can you give me an update about where we're at, if you see the same fatal error now and if that is what we need to look into?

please try again, i have fixed the critical error.

yes, you'll need to log in. if you do not you will be redirected to the home page.

Hi Branden,

As you can see here I did a little testing by creating a test content template for the post .

Here the issue doesn't appear which leads me to believe it there is something in the Beaver Builder template interfering. My knowledge of Beaver Builder is quite limited and I may have missed something.

Perhaps if you log in and try setting up this template similar to the one you've already created and let me know if the issue re-occurs and what was the last step that you did for it to happen.

Thanks,
Shane
