plus breaks email.png

CRED Version 1.8.8

Don't know if this problem exists in latest version of CRED, have not updated yet. Pleas don't ask me to, just test it ...

Gmail allows users to add extensions to their emails with a + (plus) sign.
I just found that if a user registers with a + in their email address this breaks the CRED edit user form.

CRED create user process works just fine but the user is later unable to edit their profile with the CRED EDIT form.

See attached image.

Found that it was a conflict with another plugin.
The plugin below (link) destroyed the email field in a CRED form if the email contains a plus sign.

Hi Tina

From the documentation for that plugin it looks like it has a filter to exclude it working on particular pages, you might want to disable it on the pages where you have your CRED edit user form.
