Hi

I am trying to update the Types and Views plugins in a dev site which is registered with my account and which I have a key for, but the plugins won't update.

This dev site uses a local SSL cert whereas I have another site (hidden link) which doesn't have an SSL cert and updates without any problems. I've tried to manually update the plugins and that also failed.

There is no link to a page that you can see sorry.

Many thanks
Steve

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is a known issue to us and we already published errata page with the workaround to follow.

Can you please try to follow the workaround given with the following link and try to resolve your issue:

Do you get any error or message when you upload Toolset plugins manually?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Thanks Minesh, I fixed it by rebuilding the site from a backup. I had to do that anyway so it wasn't a big deal.
