Problem:
plugins won't update and I'm seeing error messages
Solution:
with Types 3.0 currently, there was a known issue that you can not update plugins using the commercial tab.
I should advise you to update all Toolset plugins manually.

I am trying to: update my installed toolset plugins
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

Instead, I got:
error messages telling me to register toolset and also setup my Divi API key.
See attachments.
I should also add that Divi theme and plugin are updating without issue. I'm only seeing the Divi error on the Toolset URL below after selecting out of date plugins and clicking "Download" button -

Also, SFTP and WP-Admin credentials were submitted with this ticket.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - as you are running with Types 3.0 currently, there was a known issue that you can not update plugins using the commercial tab.
I should advise you to update all Toolset plugins manually using plugins page for now:
- deactivate and delete all current Toolset plugins
- download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload Types plugin from plugins page and activate it
- Try to use commercial tab to update all other plugins or follow the manual way to update it
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
