Plugins won't update

This support ticket is created 6 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update plugins

I prepared a short guide to follow

Basically it depicts how to register and download / update Toolset

Please, before you follow the Guide, completely de-register Toolset both from the WordPress Admin and your Toolset Account here:
https://toolset.com/account/sites/

Then, register following the steps in the PDF I prepared (sorry if it is not so pro, I made it quickly locally as I wrote the text here, capturing screenshots of what I did while testing the issue you reported)

Please let me know, if after de- and re-registering Toolset, the issue is gone.
Otherwise, can you try a manual update to allow you proceeding your work?
This would be done by FTP.
Please let me know if you are familiar with the process.
