[Resolved] Plugins say they need updated but my plugins are up to date

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Toolset Types and View plugins are telling me they need to be updated but my subscription still has 5 months.

Please see screenshots.

How do I get those messages under the plugins to go away?

Hi Shane,

Please go to your websites page:https://toolset.com/account/sites/
Remove your website from the page
Go to the plugins page and register the website again.

If this didn't work, please provide the access credentials to your website so that we can check the issue.

I will set the next reply as a private one so that you can provide the information securely.
