[Resolved] Plugin Updates – You must have a valid subscription…

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Client does not see the option to update Toolset plugins and instead sees a requirement to have a valid subscription, which the client has.

Solution:
There was an issue with a faulty message that was resolved with Types 2.2.23.

It may be necessary to re-register the site.

Click the register link against the Types plugin which takes you to the commercial tab of the plugins page. Click the check for updates button if it is visible. If not, or it appears to do nothing, try registering the site again.

Hi Gary

The quick update to Types 2.2.23 was supposed to fix the erroneous message, and I see from your screenshot that you have it installed.

It's not clear that you have registered the site, though.

Can you go to the register link besides the Types plugin and try registering your site again? (Register it if it is not already registered, try re-registering it if it already is.)

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks Nigel, I thought that might solve it, but wanted to check first before (potentially) breaking something.
