[Resolved] Plugin update not working correctly

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update the plugins

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: The problem is on the backend

I expected to see: The plugins were updated to the latest version and I expected it to install and show registered. They show registered in my account

Instead, I got: A request to purchase a valid subscription or enter a registration key.
