[Resolved] Plugin registration – unavaliable

This support ticket is created 2 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,
I'm trying to register the license of the toolset that I just bought according to your instructions. But it seems that doesn't work for me. Could you fix it, please?

I'm using:
Toolset Blocks: Version 1.3.2
Toolset Types Version: 3.4.2

I see that the Types version you are using is really outdated.

Could you please try to follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and delete the Toolset plugins from your plugins page
- Try to download the latest Types plugin and install and activate it from your plugins page. You can download latest Types plugins from your account's download page:

Once the latest Types plugin is installed and registered:

You can add other add-on Toolset plugins using installer:

Hi again,
The website is on production and i'm afraid that, if I delete the existing plugin Types there will be problems such: data lost, functionality, selected options and many more. Is this right or not?

No - deleting plugin will delete only the plugin files, it will not result in the data loss as it will be stored in the database.

But in any case, as you want to update it on production, either you should go first on staging site and follow the steps I mention with my previous reply or you should take full backup of your website (files + database) so in any case if something goes wrong you will have backup to restore it.

Hi again,
I just followed the steps. But the issue remains. Screen shot from latest installed versions, hidden link
- Types Version 3.4.16
- Blocks Version 1.6.3

After clicking on register hidden link , it doesn't appear any field in order to insert the "key"

That is really strange. Could you please send me admin access details and let me check what's going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I would like to know do you have any existing site key for the domain: hidden link
- if yes, would you mind to delete the existing site key.

In addition to that, have you added the site key to wp-config.php file?

Hi, this site was in another toolset account that has expired the username of that account is: christosP .
I have already logged in to the other account but the site is not registered because it doesn't have any subscription.

No I haven't added the site key to wp-config.php file

We have de-register the domain you are trying to register with your old account so that you should be able to register the same domain with the new account.

Could you please try to register the site key again:
