After purchasing toolset, I tried to install it through the plugin upload, but it didn't work.

So, I copied and pasted the TOOLSET directly into the plugin folder using FTP. However, it can be installed, but when activated, a message appears on the screen stating that http error 500 or page loading has been delayed for a while or a fatal error has occurred. However, there was no problem when only toolset blocks were activated as an exception.

Here's what I've tried:

1. Cleared the cache.

2. The same error occurs even if I deactivate all plugins except toolset and activate only toolset.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Thank you for purchasing Toolset and I would be happy to help.

Can you please check the following Toolset requirements Doc and verify all requirements:
=> https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

If that does not help, What error you see on your server's error log file?

I would like to have debug information that will help us to debug and investigate your issue:

ok.

Here are my debug files and error log files.

Could you please check?

(I want to send an error log file, but I can't attach it here.

I also checked in chrome.)

Ok - the Debug information seems to be OK.

You can share the debug log or error log by uploading the file to any file sharing service and send me the link to download it.

If you can share the admin access details I can quickly check whats going on.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I put the error file on this link.

I can't make a tester site, so please give me advice with this error file.

When I checked the error log you shared:

I see there is memory error belongs to plugin "wp-user-avatar" at top of the above error log. But when I checked the debug information you shared and when I checked the plugin stack you are using I do not able to find the plugin "wp-user-avatar".

Can you please try to disable all non-Toolset plugins and then try to activate the Toolset plugins. Do you find it working?
