[Resolved] Plugin does not update

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, I don't want to be rude but it is against Aalphus policy to provide access to a third-party. Once I did it and it cost me two months of sink costs, about 150 hours of work and a lot of nerves to restore the problem by setting a completely new host with a fresh IP and a lot of other tiresome things. One thing I can say is one time I tried to update, the system showed problem with Curl. It could be the issue, I guess.

Hi Alexander,

Not sure why the connection is timing out with our servers but it could be a connection issue on your end.

What you can do is to download and install the plugins manually as an alternative. The plugins can be downloaded from the link below.
