[Resolved] Plugin Add-ons appear to NOT be licensed but ARE licensed

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: In the plugins page, it appears that my Toolset plugins are not licensed, but I have registered them previously.

Solution: Update to the latest versions of Toolset plugins, click "Check for Updates", and then update through the Plugins dashboard if necessary.

On the installed plugins page, all of the add-ons for Toolset I am using (which have valid licenses) are displaying that they are **not** valid. On the Plugins "Commercial" tab it appears that all the add-ons are validly licensed with the most current updates. Just wondering why the discrepancies?

Hi, could you try the following troubleshooting steps when you have a moment?
- Purge any caching systems you have in place, clear your browser cache, and click "Check for Updates" in the Commercial tab once more. Reload the page after the update check is run.
- Click "Unregister Toolset from this Site", then register again using the same site key. You can find it in your https://toolset.com/account/sites dashboard if necessary.
- Click "Unregister Toolset from this Site" again, and delete the old site key from your toolset account sites dashboard. Register your site again to generate a new site key, and apply the new key in the Commercial tab.

If none of these resolve the problem, I may need to take a closer look.

I tried all of your suggestions and the messages are still there. I did have two caching plugins installed and enabled. I deactivated both and cleared the browser cache.

Resubmitted the existing key.

Deleted the existing key, created new key and submitted it.

Still no change.

I see, sorry for the inconvenience here. Our team is aware of the registration issue and is working towards a resolution. I will update you here as soon as I have some additional information to share.

Hi, our team has released some updates to resolve the registration issue. Please go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab and click "Check for Updates" in the Toolset panel. If you are not able to see the "Check for Updates" button, please click "Unregister Toolset From this Site", then resubmit your site key. Click Check for Updates, and let me know if the issue is not resolved.

After the patch, updating through the normal WP Updates fixed the problem.
