Hi,
the OTGS Installer plugin is a very helpful plugin for Multisite networks, where the Toolset (or WPML) plugin is not enabled on the main site, but I still want to keep all plugins updated.
However there is a difference between the available versions of this OTGS Installer plugin on the WPML and on the Toolset site:

Toolset: https://toolset.com/download/otgs-installer/#changelog
As you can see, on the Toolset website the plugin is on version 3.1.3, which was released in 2023. The WPML version is 3.1.14, which was released in August.

Welcome to Toolset support. You can rely on either of them to do updates for Toolset and WPML.
You can install the OTGS installer from wpml.org and that also should handle the Toolset updates.
