[Closed] Please issue a refund for Toolset purchase made today.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We have been using Toolset for some time now with no issue or problems. Today we updated to the newest version of the plugin and it broke the site layout. We do not have the time or resources to try and troubleshoot the issue at this time. This is a formal request to issue a refund for Toolset purchase made today.

The update was rolled back because we cannot have the site broken in the interim, so no debug info can be provided. Thanks for your understanding.

Yes it would be great if you can setup a staging environment so that we can have a look at this but my shift is closing soon and I won't be back until next Tuesday. I can see how far we can get today and continue on tuesday.

However if you choose not continue then the refund request can be made by filling out the form in the link below.

Also I've enabled the private fields for your next response so that you can provide the staging site credentials.
