hidden link

This page will show the issue I'm having. It seems specific to safari. When I load the page, the views are there, but the photos present are not loading. If you change the taxonomy to anything, and even back again it will load and the links will work.

On mobile iOS , SOME of them sometimes load

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I took a look at this for you in Safari and i'm not seeing any issues at all.

The images load on the first load of the page. Do you have any caching plugin that offers lazyload ? If so can you disable this and let me know if the problem still exists?

Thanks,
Shane

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. It does still exist. I bypassed the issue by changing the image from the toolset image block to the regular image block and adding dynamic selection. I'll add the image back (below the standard image) so you can see one appear but not the other

Added it. Now when you refresh the safari, the images disappear.

Hi David,

Thank you for the update. As you can see from my screenshot the images load fine on the first load.

Essentially i'm not able to see the issue. Given that my colleagues are unavailable at this time there is no one else I can ask to check to see if they're able to replicate the problem.

Do you have another apple device that you can use to view the website as it loads fine on my end.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi David,

I've had another team member have a look at the site to see if they are able to see the issue, however they weren't

The result is the same where even after refreshing they're seeing both images in Safari, chrome and firefox.

So the issue is definitely unique to your pc environment since we're not able to see the issue.

Thanks,
Shane
