Both the user and myself, cannot add New puppies to the form from out site. It just tells us Permission denied.

Could you let me know the link to the form you are referring to ?

However you need to check here to ensure that your user roles have permissions to access the form.

We both got Permission Denied. Then just now, I went to the same link and the form page to submit my dogs is coming up.
Now it is working. Wonder what caused that to happen?

Hi Lisa,

Did you change any of the form permissions ?

This could be why you were getting this.

No, my client still can't login and add puppies on this page. I don't even know where to change permissions.

Here is what my client is getting on both computers and ipad.

As mentioned previously you will need to need to adjust the permissions of the forms by going to the link below.

You will need to select the form and then set the correct permissions for it so that your user has access to it.

My client is an Editor and Editor is checked. So I don't have any idea, what else to do.
Should I make her an Administrator? I don't have this issue on my other sites.

I created an editor account and I was still able to see the form.

Are you still experiencing the issue with this client ?

Please let me know as if you log in as an editor the form displays fine.
